All About the Dashboard

The Dashboard is a feature in our app that provides you with valuable information and tools. To access the Dashboard, simply tap on Dashboard at the bottom of the app. This screen is also displayed when you first log in.

	By tapping on this icon, you can launch the Gloss personal assistant bot. This bot can assist you with setting up your account and contacting our customer support team
	Tapping this icon will open your Settings menu
Profile Picture	To add a profile photo, simply tap into Settings > Personal & Contact Info > Upload picture
Name	Your personal name is displayed here. To update it, tap into Settings > Personal & Contact Info > Contact Information > Name
Business Name	Your business name is displayed here. To update it, tap into Settings > Business Details > Business Name
Online Booking Site URL	This is the URL for your online booking site. To customize it, tap into Settings > Website > Change Website URL
Booked Today	This shows the total amount of potential revenue from appointments that were scheduled today, regardless of whether the appointments are for today or future dates
Sales Today	This displays the total amount of money collected today from all transactions (excluding gift card sales)
Page Views Total	This indicates the number of times your GlossGenius website has been visited. Each time someone views your site, it counts as a view, even your own visits!

By swiping on the gradient box, you can access additional analytics. Deleted appointments and checkouts will not be part of these metrics.

Inspirational Quote of the Day	A daily inspirational quote is provided here to uplift and motivate you. The quote is updated daily and cannot be manually changed or removed
Sales YTD	This shows the total amount of money from all completed sales and booked but uncompleted sales from January 1st of the current year until the present day
Ticket Average	The average amount of money you receive from each transaction
Clients Total	The total number of clients in your GlossGenius app

Upcoming	In this section, you will find appointments from the last 24 hours that need to be checked out, as well as the next five upcoming appointments
Attention Please :) Action Required	This section displays appointments older than 24 hours that need to be checked out. If no action is required, this section will not appear

Rewards Account Credit	In this section, you can view and cash out any balance you have from referral credits to apply directly to your GlossGenius subscription
Suggestions	This section provides suggestion panels depending on your account. Swipe left to see suggestions such as Refer and Get Paid, Genius University, Connect Your Social Accounts, Import All Of Your Clients, Get A Card Reader, and Link Your Bank Account
Blog	In this section, you will find blog posts. Tapping on a post will open your web browser and take you to our blog
