Upgrading or Downgrading your Subscription Plan

Whether you are trialing, or have an active subscription, it's easy to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan! Follow the steps below to make changes to your plan right from within the GlossGenius app.

Upgrading from Standard to Gold

Upgrading from Standard to Gold will grant you access to premium features such as Forms & Waivers, Waitlist, Team Members, and Teams Reports.  

Follow these steps to Upgrade:

1. Tap into More > Settings > GlossGenius Subscription & Billing > Manage Current Plan
2. Select the Gold Plan and tap the "Upgrade to Gold" button
3. Tap the "Confirm Plan" button

Downgrading from Gold to Standard 

By downgrading your plan, you will no longer have access to premium features such as Forms & Waivers, Waitlist, Team Members, and Teams Reports. If any team members were added, they will need to be removed from your account before proceeding with the downgrade.

Follow these steps to Downgrade:

1. Tap into More > Settings > GlossGenius Subscription & Billing > Manage Current Plan
2. Select the Standard Plan and tap the "Downgrade to Standard" button
3. Confirm your decision to downgrade by acknowledging the in-app pop-up. 
4. Tap the "Confirm Plan" button
