How does it work?

If a client disputes a transaction and the bank rules in your favor, the transaction stands and all your funds will remain in your account. Amazing!

If the bank rules in the client’s favor, and the payment was processed with a GlossGenius Card Reader, or through Tap to Pay for iPhone - then we got you! Our team will take care of the refund back to the client and fully cover your losses. We will keep you posted on the result still, but you're all set!
