The amount of sales tax collected varies depending on the state, city, or county in which you are located. The amount collected will be based on your location, which is determined using the zip code associated with your account verification. If you haven't started processing payments with GlossGenius yet, the zip code associated with the card used for your subscription payment will be utilized.
Legacy Plan FAQs
What does Legacy mean for me?
As an existing GlossGenius member who signed up before April 4th, 2023, you have access to our legacy plan which includes all the features you've been using since you first joined. We appreciate your loyalty and want to assure you that we will not remove any of these features from your account. Your current pricing will remain the same, and you will retain access to all the same features.
Will I get new features?
Yes! GlossGenius is committed to building new features for all of our customers which means new features will be released for both Standard and Gold plans - on the Legacy plan you will get all the new features that are available to Standard subscribers. We will also be releasing new premium features for our Gold plan members, such as Genius Forms. To access these new features, Legacy members can easily upgrade to the Gold plan directly in the app!
How do I know which subscription plan I have?
To see which subscription plan you currently have, tap into Settings > GlossGenius Subscription & Billing. Your subscription plan will show at the top of the screen within the Manage Current Plan option.
How do I switch to different subscription plan?
To switch to a different subscription plan, tap into Settings > GlossGenius Subscription & Billing > Manage Current Plan. Any of our plans can be canceled at any time, for any reason and there are no long-term contracts. All of our plans have just one price (we do not believe in sneaky add-on fees!), making GlossGenius plans the lowest cost in the industry.
