Setting up your Teams account is fast and easy! There are only a few key steps to get your Teams account up and running!
1. Set your team up for quick & easy checkouts
Be sure your team is checkout-ready by surprising them with a stunning card reader! Team members can process checkouts when the "Checkout clients" permission is enabled. The ability for team members to process refunds is a permission that you or another admin can also enable. This permission can be customized through Settings > Manage Team and Permissions > the team member's profile > Change Roles & Permissions. Keep in mind, all card checkouts processed will be paid out to YOUR linked bank account.
2. Set up a beautiful online booking for your team member
Customize how your team members appear on the online booking site once services are assigned, and the "Available For Booking" setting is enabled! Tap into Settings > Website, and be sure "Show Team" is toggled on to display your team on your site, including their photo and biography. You can also customize your team page by going to "Team Lineup" to change the order in which they appear on your site.
3. Customize permissions to tailor team member’s access
The ability for team members to add their own services is just one permission out of many that can be customized! Permissions for your team members can be customized through Settings > Manage Team and Permissions > the team member's profile > Change Roles & Permissions. Calendar, Checkout, Clients, Reviews, Reports & Analytics, Expenses, Marketing, Business Settings, and Team Settings are all the categories of permissions that can be customized. Learn more here: Roles & Permissions Explained.
4. Check out your new shared calendar view
The "Choose Staff" is a brand new feature to the calendar that allows you to easily view your team member’s schedules. You can tap specific team members or use the "All Staff" option to view your entire team! Be sure to add a photo to each of your team members' profiles, as their photo will appear in the day view of the calendar.
5. Pull reports for you and your team
Reporting is important! You can pull a report for yourself, a specific team member, or for all your staff! Reports will only send to the requester's email and will not send to the selected team members if chosen. Team members can have no access to reports, only access to their reports, or access to everyone's reports depending on their set permissions. To help manage payroll, download your Sales report from the app and then use a third party like Gusto (or any other provider) or checkout our Commission Reporting feature.
