Be sure to check the following if you or a team member is not appearing on your online booking site:
Assigned Services
Services must be assigned in order for a team member to be booked online! To assign services to yourself or team members, tap into Settings > Manage Team and Permissions > tap into their profile > Assigned Services > and select which services you would like to assign (they will highlight pink)!
Available For Booking
Check that the Available For Booking setting is toggled on within the team member's profile. To do this, tap into Settings > Manage Team and Permissions > tap into their profile, and toggle on the Available For Booking setting.
Work Schedule
Make sure that the team member has added their working hours to their schedule. To check their work schedule, tap into Settings > Manage Team and Permissions > tap into their profile > Work Schedule.
