If you're using GlossGenius to process payments, you might be wondering if you should be receiving a transaction notification every time you finish a transaction. Since we never want to bombard you with too many notifications and respect your space, we do not send transaction notifications immediately after you complete a transaction.
However, when you complete a transaction, you'll get a success message. Additionally, you can head into the 'Checkout' section > press the 'Past' button at the top and see the transaction in your past history.
When your automatic transfer is dispatched, you do, however, receive an email notification about it. So keep your eyes out for that! If you didn't receive an email notification about your transfer, double check your email spam folder or make sure you have the appropriate email address on file (Settings > Personal Info > email).

- Ensure you have the appropriate email address on file, since that's the email we will update with info related to your credit totals (Settings > Personal Info > email)
- Did you process the transaction after 8pm ET? If so, that will be bucketed into the next day batch. This may explain why you did not receive an email since the email will be sent the following day.
