How to Update Multiple Products

When you add products to a client's checkout ticket, GlossGenius automatically deducts the corresponding quantities from your inventory. This seamless integration ensures accurate stock management and eliminates the need for manual adjustments.

2. Accessibility On-the-Go: GlossGenius gives you the freedom to manage your inventory from anywhere, right on your smartphone or tablet. With easy access to your product list and inventory, you can stay informed and make informed decisions even while on the move.

From the Settings menu, simply navigate to Products and update the quantities directly from the product item page. How to Update Inventory:

1. Tap into Settings > Products
2. Tap on an individual item within the Products page and update the Inventory Quantity
3. Press Save when the inventory has been updated

Note: When you add products to a client's checkout ticket, GlossGenius automatically deducts the corresponding quantities from your inventory and keeps track of them for you. Also, it's important to update your inventory quantities when you receive new stock shipments. Since GlossGenius doesn't have visibility into your inventory arrivals, you can manually adjust the quantities in your inventory to reflect the newly received stock.

How to Update Multiple Products:

1. Tap into Settings > Products

2. Tap on an individual item within the Products page, and tap the Qty button in the top right corner

3. From here, you can bulk edit all of your inventory quantities by tapping on the numbers to the right of the product name

The Inventory Report:

You can send the Inventory report to the email associated with your GlossGenius account by tapping into More > Reports > Inventory > and selecting the date range. The Inventory report is a pdf report that will share the top 3 selling products, products that need restocking (based off your Low Quantity Level setting), and a summary of your product sales.  

Note:  The Low Quantity Level setting must have a number added in order for the Inventory report to calculate the products that need restocking section.
