Reviews are a very important part of growing your business. Regulars want the chance to tell everyone how much they've enjoyed your work, and prospective clients read through five star ratings to be confident in their choice to book with you! So how does each client get the opportunity to leave a review about their experience?
It's all about the receipt!
At the conclusion of each appointment, you have the opportunity to text and/or email your client a copy of the receipt. In that message, there is a link to view the transaction and leave a review. When the client clicks that link, they are taken to a page where they can leave a rating of one to five stars and then leave a text-based review about their visit.
You'll be notified when clients post new reviews, and other clients will be able to see them by going to your "About" page on your GlossGenius booking site!
