These receipts could get lost and there was nothing anyone could do about it.
We've eliminated printed receipts and made it easy for your clients to get a digital statement of their transaction by email, text, or both! After checking out an appointment, GlossGenius will ask if you'd like to provide your client with a receipt via SMS or email. One tap and they'll have it!
NOTE: Be sure to send your client a receipt every time, because that's how they leave a review!
If you forget to send your client a receipt or they accidentally delete it, no worries! Simply find the client in your Clients list, tap to view past appointments, and select the appointment in question. You can send a copy of the receipt from that screen!
Finally, if your client says they got a message but there was no receipt attached, remind them that it's not an attachment... it's a link, right there in the text or email, that they have to click. That way, it's always stored and always available!
