We're very proud of the work we've done with GlossGenius, but we understand that sometimes our professionals move in different directions. Because of this, we ask that you call, text, or email us in order to cancel or delete your account. You can do all three inside the app by going to "Settings" > "Support."
When you reach out, we will have a few questions to make sure there's no way we can help you (hey, maybe you just want a certain feature that's coming next week!) and to collect some quick and easy feedback on your experience so that we can learn from it. There's no commitment, no pressure, and no hassle!
Note: Once we cancel your account, your data will be inaccessible. Should you require any reporting or other information from the app, please make sure to gather that information before closing your account.
