Your GlossGenius 14 day free trial begins the day you sign up! When you sign up for your account, your online booking site will go live instantly.
Note: When signing up for GlossGenius, you will be placed on the Standard subscription plan. You can upgrade and trial the Gold plan by tapping into Settings > GlossGenius Subscription & Billing > Manage Current Plan. Be sure to downgrade before your trial ends if the Gold plan is not the best fit for your business.
Before the end of your trial, be sure to have a credit card entered under Settings > GlossGenius Subscription & Billing so that your account can stay in good standing! We generally recommend that professionals enter both their credit card and bank account information as early as possible to prevent interruptions.
If you forget to add your payment information and your trial ends, you will lose access to your account. Upon trying to sign-in, you will be prompted to add your card information to re-activate and regain access to your account!
I was unable to submit credit card in time. What happens now?
