To make booking and payment simple for both clients and professionals, GlossGenius can store credit cards at the time of booking or payment for future use. This not only helps checkout times; it also enables professionals to collect no-show fees if they have a cancellation policy.
However, sometimes a client will want to remove a card for any number of reasons, and we want to make sure every client has the ability to do so. When a client requests to have a card removed, go to Settings -> Support -> Text Us in the app and let us know! We'll handle it right away.
