Pulling a report in GlossGenius is a simple and efficient process that empowers you to analyze your business's performance and make data-driven decisions. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can easily access and retrieve the reports you need.
1. To access and pull a report, tap into More > Reports
Note: If you are on a Teams account, please be aware that your access to reports are determined by your account permissions. For more details on reporting permissions, please refer to this article: Roles & Permissions Explained
2. Choose the specific report you need by tapping on it. For a list of all available reports, click HERE.
Note: If you are on a Teams account, the Inventory, Expense, and Commissions reports are only available when the All Staff option is selected.
3. Select the date range, either from predefined dates or by entering in a custom range.
- Yesterday (y'day)
- Today
- Q4 (October 1st - End of December)
- Q3 (July 1st - End of September)
- Q2 (April 1st - End of June)
- Q1 (January 1st - End of March)
- This year
- Last year
- All (entire available data)
- Custom (specify a custom date range)
4. Once you have selected the appropriate date range, tap the Send button. The report will be sent to the email address associated with your GlossGenius account. Check your email inbox, and you'll receive the report momentarily.
