Need to update the details of an appointment? No worries! You can easily change the date, time, and service on an appointment from the calendar.
From the calendar, tap the appointment you want to change to get more details. Once on the appointment "Details" page, tap “Edit” in the top right corner. Make desired changes. Hit “Save."
After saving your changes, you will receive a pop-up asking if you would like to send an update notification to your client. If you tap "Yes," your client will receive an email informing them of the changes to their appointment.
If you'd like to update the client via text, we recommend deleting the appointment and creating a new one so you may send notifications via text!
You can also use your Waitlist to schedule a requested appointment. Head to More > Waitlist to find an appointment. Tap on the appointment you would like to schedule and then choose ‘Convert To Appointment.’
