We offer SO much customization and control of online booking that you can always set it up the best way for your business!
Do you want to require credit cards for online booking?
Go to “Settings” > “Business Info” > “Booking & Payment” > "Booking Requirements" section. Tap “Require Card” to set your rules for appointment booking online. You can require a credit card from all clients who book you online, from only new clients, or you can choose to never require one.
Note: Requiring a credit card does not mean that clients will be charged at the time they make an online booking for you. They will never be charged until you check them out. Requiring a credit card is like making a reservation. What it does is ensure that you’re protected against no-shows and are able to get your cancellation fee if a client is a no-show or cancels last minute.
Need to require advance notice before clients book with you?
Go to “Settings” > “Business Info” > “Booking Controls” > "Booking Window" section. Tap on the "Booking" window, and put in how many hours advance notice clients must give you before booking. For example, if you put 24 hours, clients will not see any availability for the next day as they will need to give you more than one day's notice. =)
Want clients to only book with you on the half hour?
Go to “Settings” > “Business Info” > “Booking Controls” > "Booking Increments" section. Tap on "Booking Increments," and you can select increments that are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour apart.
Don't want clients booking with you months in advance?
Go to “Settings” > “Business Info” > “Booking Controls” > "Advance Booking Window" section. Swipe right on "Restrict Advance Bookings" so that it is pink, then put in a booking limit. For instance, if you don't want clients booking you for next year, put in a limit of 12 months!
Want to manage how your clients can cancel their appointments?
Go to “Settings” > “Business Info” > “Booking Controls” > "Online Cancellations" section. Swipe right on “Allow Online Cancellation” to let your clients cancel online. Swipe left to prevent clients from cancelling online. What if you want to offer online cancellation but within a day of the appointment? Then, simply swipe right on “Allow Online Cancellation” and put 24 hours. Clients trying to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment will be prompted to contact you directly. Clients cancelling more than 24 hours away from the appointment will be able to cancel online.
With these controls, nothing will stand in the way of offering your clients an easy and beautiful online booking experience that works for your business!
