When I receive an online booking, will my availability be updated?
This is seamless. Any bookings or unavailabilities you set will automatically be reflected on your availability, so clients can’t book you online for a time that is already taken or unavailable. -
Can a visitor to my page still book me on a day that I’ve set as unavailable?
If you are unavailable on a specific day or time, a visitor to your page cannot book you at that time. - Can I double book appointments?Appointments can be double-booked internally through the GlossGenius app. As the business owner or team member, you can double book appointments on your schedule. Clients will not be able to double book appointments from the online booking site.
- Why do I need to refresh my calendar?We recommend tapping the pink refresh button at the top of your calendar page throughout the day. If appointments are booked online while your app is open or sitting idle, they will not show on your calendar until refreshed.
- How can I see the processing time on a service from my calendar?Processing time can be seen from the "Week" or "Day" view of the calendar. You will see a white bar along the left side of the appointment box, reflecting processing time.
