Requesting a Transfer
If you're new to GlossGenius, you can request our WhiteGlove service when you first log in. Our team will contact you to learn where your data is stored and take care of everything else. If you skipped the WhiteGlove transfer during your initial setup, you can still take advantage of it by reaching out to customer support with your request.
Our WhiteGlove transfer service can move all of your client information, services, products, upcoming appointments, and client notes into GlossGenius, and is compatible with all other similar apps, as well as pencil and paper, Excel spreadsheets, and any other method you may have used to store information. Regardless of how your data is stored, we'll import it into GlossGenius for you.
Depending on where your data is currently stored and how much there is to import, the data transfer can take between 2-6 business days to complete.
Here are some limitations on what our WhiteGlove team cannot transfer into a GlossGenius account:
- Past appointments and orders
- Deposit requirements on services
- Client credit card details
- Client photos
- Service and product images
WhiteGlove and Team Accounts
Our WhiteGlove team can help transition an individual GlossGenius account into a team account, or move a team account member to an individual account. Please note that the limitations above still apply to GlossGenius to GlossGenius transfers.
