Transferring your business data to a new software can be a daunting task, but with our WhiteGlove transfer team, it's easy! Our team of data experts can help you move your client list, services, products, upcoming appointments, and even your client notes from your current software to GlossGenius. Whether you're using another app, pencil and paper, or Excel spreadsheets, we can import your information, ensuring a seamless transition!
Requesting a Transfer
If you're new to GlossGenius, you can request our WhiteGlove service when you first log in. Our team will contact you to learn where your data is stored and take care of everything else. If you skipped the WhiteGlove transfer during your initial setup, you can still take advantage of it by reaching out to customer support with your request.
Compatible Data
Our WhiteGlove transfer service can move all of your client information, services, products, upcoming appointments, and client notes into GlossGenius, and is compatible with all other similar apps, as well as pencil and paper, Excel spreadsheets, and any other method you may have used to store information. Regardless of how your data is stored, we'll import it into GlossGenius for you.
Note: We'll never delete any data from your existing software; we'll simply export it and import it into your GlossGenius account.
Transfer Time
Depending on where your data is currently stored and how much there is to import, the data transfer can take between 2-6 business days to complete.
Limitations
Here are some limitations on what our WhiteGlove team cannot transfer into a GlossGenius account:
- Past appointments and orders
- Deposit requirements on services
- Reviews
- Client credit card details
- Client photos
- Service and product images
WhiteGlove and Team Accounts
Our WhiteGlove team can help transition an individual GlossGenius account into a team account, or move a team account member to an individual account. Please note that the limitations above still apply to GlossGenius to GlossGenius transfers.
Note: The Account Owner must give permission for the transition. Please have the Account Owner send us an email at support@glossgenius.com stating their consent with the transfer. Once we have consent, our WhiteGlove team can get started!

White glove service does not seem to be working or responding
I am curious when the white glove service will reach out about transferring. I signed up and added all my services a few days ago and I haven’t got any information or text about moving my calendar over.
I have updated all my information and I still can’t find what am looking for
